We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the website or its content without written permission from us.

We also reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time, and any new features added to the site shall also be subject to these Terms. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

3. Products & Descriptions

All our items are vintage, meaning each piece is unique and pre-loved. While we do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately, please note:

  • Minor signs of wear, fading, or age-related imperfections are expected.

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

  • Sizing can differ from modern standards — please check our measurements and recommended size before purchasing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items at any time.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment gateway, which accepts major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.

5. Shipping

We aim to ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

  • UK Shipping: £4.00 (2nd Class via Royal Mail)

  • International Shipping: Available — please contact us for a quote.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 09:00 on shipping days will be sent the same day.

  • Shipping Upgrades: Available on request (1st Class for an additional £1.00).

Moda Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence!

  • You have 14 days from dispatch to request a return.

  • Contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll provide our return address.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with any original tags still attached.

  • Refunds are issued for the item’s cost only; shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error (e.g. wrong item, size mistake, or undisclosed major defect), in which case we’ll cover the return postage.

  • Please keep proof of postage for your return — we can’t refund items lost in transit.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the return process above.

8. Accuracy of Information

While we do our best to keep all product information, stock availability, and prices up to date, mistakes can occasionally happen. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or amend orders affected by them.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, logos, text, and designs — is the property of Moda Vintage and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

Moda Vintage is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
