No stress — we get it, shopping online isn’t always straightforward. Send it back and we’ll refund the cost of the item. Just a heads up, shipping fees aren’t refundable.

If we slipped up (like missing a major flaw or listing error), that one’s on us! We’ll cover the return shipping and give you a full refund once it’s back with us.

How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship every Monday, Wednesday & Friday — so your vintage gems aren’t waiting too long to find their new home. UK orders usually land in about 2–3 business days. Overseas shipping times vary depending on where you’re based.
