Delivery Information:

🌍 UK Shipping: £4.00 Track 48 via Royal Mail.
🌏 Worldwide Shipping: Yes! We ship internationally - shipping fees depend on region. 
📦 Posting Schedule: We ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
⚡ Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 09:00 on these days will be shipped the same day.

Return Policies:

  • You have TWO WEEKS to return from the date your order has been dispatched.

  • Please contact us via our contact form including your order number and we can give you further instructions. 

  • Once returned, we will ensure the product is in its original condition. If the product is damaged or swapped, you will not be refunded. 

  • You will only be refunded for the cost of the item — postage costs will not be refunded.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives safely, so please keep a copy of your receipt.

  • Our mistake: If we make an error — e.g., wrong sizing or a major defect we missed — we will cover the return postage costs.
